Sales Executive – U.S. Corrections Market
Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to lead our sales and business development activities across the U.S. Criminal Justice (corrections) sector. This role is ideal for a driven individual with a proven track record in selling to the Criminal Justice (corrections), security, or public safety industries. The ideal candidate will bring a strong network or the ability to build one within federal, state, and local government agencies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive U.S. sales strategy aligned with global business goals.
- Identify, qualify, and manage new sales opportunities to maintain a healthy pipeline.
- Provide accurate forecasts and maintain CRM-based reporting.
- Lead go-to-market initiatives including outreach campaigns, trade shows, demos, and strategic sales efforts.
- Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders in the U.S. Criminal Justice (corrections) ecosystem – including government agencies, law enforcement, and critical infrastructure sectors.
- Serve as a key interface between the U.S. market and internal product and engineering teams by sharing insights and customer feedback.
- Collaborate with global and local leadership to ensure regional alignment.
- Manage local partnerships and provide support for sales operations.
- Report directly to the CEO.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years in senior-level sales or business development within corrections, telecom, or public safety tech sectors.
- Demonstrated success in meeting/exceeding revenue targets.
- Deep understanding of the U.S. Criminal Justice (corrections) and public-sector procurement processes an advantage
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Strategic mindset with a hands-on, action-oriented approach.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, cross-functional global environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field – an advantage.
- U.S. citizenship and ability to work without sponsorship required.
- Must be able to pass a comprehensive criminal background check.
- Willingness to travel domestically up to 50% or more, based on business needs.
